I've downloaded perl Tk.zip from Activestate's website (beacause i'm behind a firewall) and followed the instructions in the readme (type "ppm install Tk.ppd" in the current directory) 
Error installing package 'tk.ppd': Could not locate 
a PPM binary of 'tk.ppd' for this platform
