Respected Monks,

I asked about the iwsubmit which is not related to perl directly, I apologize for that :). I was modifying the previously written perl code that uses the command line execution of iwsubmit to promote files. I asked you Monks about it, so that I could modify the script not to use any teamsite related scripts anymore, since we are getting rid it.

The input was helpful to make myself clear that iwsubmit is related to teamsite.
