i am not a professional perl programer. how to interpret the following one. 
eval '(exit $?0)' && eval 'exec perl -S $0 ${1+"$@"}'
    & eval 'exec perl -S $0 $argv:q'
    if 0;

what is the meaning of $?0, $argv:q, and what is the sequence of the execution of the above script.
