I
absolutely have to get in shape. Of course, for me,
this entails losing weight. Like
Ovid, I don't consider
myself grossly overweight, but I do need to shed a few
pounds.
Also, as much as I hate to admit it, age-wise I'm approaching
heart attack territory. My one sit-up per day (as I get
out of bed) just ain't delivering the goods like it should.
I already tried the "get a date" routine and ended up married. At this point in our relationship, I don't think she'd look to kindly on me going out on a date with anyone but her.....
So, as I start a new year with a new job, I'm looking at a
shake-up in my present routine anyway. I figure I might as
well shake it up a little more, and throw in some sort of
exercise.
If things get any worse, I'll have to ask you to stop helping me.
