As I have not seen any announcement here: rt.cpan.org is a bug reporting and tracking feature on CPAN. As you might have guessed it uses RT. perl.com had a good article about RT a while ago.

This is quite an important step towards better management of modules. It will also help users get a better idea of how stable modules are, and how reactive module authors are.

Kudos to Jesse Vincent and Best Practical Solutions for this service!
