from the http://benlaw2.topcities.com/error.txt messages, it looks like you're running Windows 2000 and ActiveState Perl. I would suggest installing modules using the PPM utility which comes along with ActiveState (the latest one has an enhanced version of PPM , called PPM3). It might give you less cryptic error messages.
