Short answer: no.

Long answer: the chatterbox entries only stay around 10 minutes or so and then are purged from the system. In addition, people have requested that the chatterbox not be logged at all, even by those using other clients. If anything, ideas and concepts should be encouraged to go into various new nodes or scratchpads...

(...and thinking about that, having "latest scratchpad updates" for publicly-accessable pads would be a nice feature to have...)

...as opposed to relying on some logging features to try to store those ideas.
