after thinking about the discussion on chatterbox: proposal for enhancement, and that on Hmm, how bout a filesystem for that personal nodelet?, i've come to the conclusion that other monks think we are missing some functionality, too.

i think i have an easy solution: Message Inbox. i know, i know, that's there already! thanks for pointing out the obvious! that's a problem that's already been solved, particle! geez, get a clue! and for pete's sake, use strict;!

but i'm not talking about the message inbox itself, i know that exists. i'm talking about a link to the message inbox. in the chatterbox. right below the Chatterbox title. something like:

<TR> <TD bgcolor="#FFFFFF"> <FONT SIZE =2><A HREF="/index.pl?lastnode_id=1040&node_id=48824">Mes +sage Inbox</A></FONT> </TD> </TR>
should do the trick. i can't test any of this... i'm not a mighty powerful monk like some of us, but i know that's some html that might just work.

secondly, i think a link to Nodes To Consider would be helpful. at least, it would help unclutter my personal nodelet. maybe it would fit in leftovers? what do you think?

oh, and while i'm at it, how about the ability to rearrange personal nodelet items? that would greatly ease my search for Nodes To Consider, among other things.

boy, i sure know how to submit work requests. of course, i'd be happy to help in any way possible. especially because my new job (starting tomorrow) is 100% ksh programming. for six months. believe me, i'll be itching to code perl after days upon days of ksh.
