You posted this at bugs... where I told you the problem is in your subs() function - a function you still don't post! You will not get an answer until you do. You should also post the new() constuctor along with the output of the script, perhaps with the debugging suggestions I posted included. A description of what you expect versus what you get will also be helpful.
