Is there a lag? a bug? a clueless user?

I am experiencing the same problem. The change is made in the text field, you submit the changes (with or without the 'this is a significant update' checkbox checked), the text in the textarea changes, but not the text on your homenode.

I was able to update my homenode yesterday, so this seems like a recently introduced bug. Is anyone able to update their homenode?
