Unfortunately the problem management software we are using is ServiceCenter, produced by Peregrine. Our data at least is to be ported out of their flat file database <no comment on that> to a rdbms.

I am working very hard on not saying anything about this product at all. Except for those familiar with it, my management wants me to recreate all the functionality of their Get.Services web application for my company so they need not purchase it.
