All mentions of Perl on the CPAN frontpage have been changed to Java. It now reads CJAN - Comprehensive Java Archive Network.

At first this confused me and I started writing a post to see if CPAN had been defaced, then I looked at the date. April 1!!! April Fools Day. Happy April fools day everyone! Geez, that one sure gave me a scare (almost like "parrot," from last year :-) ).
