I have no idea whether hosting content like this is legal or not. I think it it is not.

I have severe doubts that hosting a mutilated NATO logo and an anti-America rant is illegal. Granted, America seems to have been exchanging some freedom for the "protection of freedom" recently, but that's just ludicrous. America doesn't own the internet. You can go all over the place and find things like this.
