The $#var syntax. This is a bizarre variable related to @var, although no subscripting is involved. In my Perl, $#var would not exist. If it did, it would be length($var), @#var would be (@var-1), and %#var would be scalar(keys %var). I can't see $#var existing in Perl 6, since arrays will always keep their @.
