Enabling this option still does not actually disable JavaScript on homenodes. See Believe me - trust no-one ;-) for a recent discussion. See Petruchio's homenode for a simple way to defeat it.

When it does what it says it does, bring it back.

In the meantime, either remove it or mark it as 'experimental' so people don't think it's reliable.
