This is small sub CalcNavigation() which give you simple and flexible way to calculate all data needed to show big tables on web page with navigation.
It's protected against incorrect data becouse usually values for From or Count can be set by user in form
show.cgi?From=XXX&Count=XXX.
Becouse of this sub flexibility documentation is too big, but it cover all cases and show example of usage.
