Eeek! I'd imagine that something like:

if ( $user->is_female ) {
    print "Madam?";
}

[download]

would be sufficiently concise and clear for anyone. The 'is_property' (or 'isProperty') is also transferrable to other languages, making it the equivalent of the 'no smoking' graphic :-)
