Can anyone recommend any Perl compilers other than Perl2Exe or PerlApp?

I need one that can successfully compile in and run DBD::Sybase - Perl2Exe isn't working, IndigoStar aren't replying and PerlApp is too expensive (I work for a large Dilbert-style multinational.)

Any recommendations welcome.
