With the reacent squable over How do I use Perl; why not have a "New to Perl" link and a page?

We could put the suggested order of reviewing say the tutorials, docs, areas to learn, book suggestions etc.

Much of the information exists on the site, but you have to look for it.

This might also reduce such questions....
