Actually i'm for along POTM kind of idea.

• What is the contest?
  Solve an AI problem with Perl as fast as possible. Also as efficiently as possible.
• How will entries be submitted?
  Entries submitted to each and everyones homenodes.
• How will the entries be scored?
  Scoring Performance and Functionality(like errorhandling).
• Who will score the entries?
  A program.
• When/will submissions be viewable by everyone?
  After the contest.
