I've gone through the docs to no avail, I'm hopelessly lost.
user. I've been using it for about half a year now, but I want to learn to use Perl-
because it's more versitile (not limited to Win32 systems). Now, I'm completely lost on the vast majority of how
works, because I'm used to Win32::GUI.
A few questions:
- How do you precicely position an object, for example, a text field in a window?
- Is there a Tk gui-builder that works on Win32 and spits out perl code? (I've tried one of them, but it didn't run well on Win32)
- Is there any specific book I should get? (I heard at least one of them has become outdated, so I'm looking for current recommendations)
Any other tips for someone trying to migrate from Win32::GUI to Tk would be appreciated. Thanks.
