This seems like it will just further extend and entrench the conflict over licensing, and not just between closed source software but also between the GPL and other licenses. I don't see that as productive. Making free and open software restrictive in terms of whom/what it can communicate with goes against the grain. Open-source's strength is that it is open. Play to your strengths.
