Yes, but that would turn off all the nodelets everywhere but the frontpage. That would be fine with me, except that the chatterbox nodelet is used to signal that someone replied to your node.

Now, I could just ignore whatever is replied to my posts, but that wouldn't be very friendly. If there's a way to be notified one of your posts was replied to without have to use a nodelet, I would certainly like to know.
