I'm new to the site, but I made sure to set my user preferences, including the "timezone" setting. But it doesn't seem to be used outside of the user-setting page: node dates, and even the tick-tock nodelet, all use their own idea of time (probably East-Coast of USA). Has anyone else noticed this? And is there any way to fix it? --Dave.
