Ok I am a total Newb when it comes to Perl. I have never even attempted a program and now I am faced with a challenge. I have to take a long list of information and sort it. What I have is a bunch of files with columns. The files have 5 columns: UserID-Computer-Keystroke-Date-Time. I need to first sort the files by user and hopefully make new files then I need to sort the new files by time. I have no idea where to begin so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
