What a definition of a "troll" account"?

In my opinion, it is really bad to have such, because, even if a person has something wise to say, it is considered to be wrong a-priori.

And yes, a bunch of Courage's nodes were downvoted after that discussion. Does downvoter just suddenly decides that "perl meaning" became much worse these day, while it was okay last couple of months?

Sad.
