I am parsing email+subject links from a webpage.
I wanted to know if there is a function which removes the special characters from the subject. As in this example: 
jack@abc.com?subject=3%2B%20Year%20CNN%20BBBC%20AAA%20for%20Huge%20Tam
+pa%20SHOE%20Table.%20Co.!!

I want to convert the special characters "%20" etc.. in this string into regular text.
