Hello Monks , how can I do this one right trying to change : 
 
:object_dir=../objGH060NTSCI

[download]
to this 
:object_dir=../nbssbase/$vob/objGH060NTSCI

[download]
where the $vob will be determend inside the script. I am trying : 
while <infile>
if $_ =~ :object_dir
$_ =~ s/\..//../nbssbase/$vob/g;

[download]
but don't seem to work !!!! thanks for any hints
