I am in favour of this, as it will improve the quality and usefulness of the Monastery Q&A section.

We could make it so that Q&A questions get there through Nodes To Consider, much in the same way as nodes get promoted to tutorials.

Thus, a good enough question gets suggested by a friar or above for promotion to Q&A, and is considered "Edit: promote to Q&A". If the author is not level >=6, and thinks their question worthy, they can attract somebody's attention on the CB.
