I vote yes on this also. (No, I'm not on AOL, why do you ask? ;-)

If this change is made, I'd suggest adding a "Search the categorized Q&A" box (or "FAQ list" as ignatz suggests) next to the "Submit your question" box. That way, newcomers may find the answer before even having to figure out how to submit a post.
