You may need to run your process as a valid user for \\NTSERVER . A simple test would be to click start->run, then in the textbox type \\NTSERVER, and if it brings up a login box you know that you need to mount/logon to that server first. You may be able to use
Win32::AdminMisc to help you.
As a side note, you could shorten your timestamp code from
