Mime::Decoder worked for me.
Something like: 
my $decoder = new MIME::Decoder 'quoted-printable' or warn "\nunsuppor
+ted\n";<br>
open (TEMP, ">/tmp/$$") or warn "\ncan't open /tmp/$$ for writing";<br
+>
$decoder->decode(\*MSG, \*TEMP);<br>
