OK, I created in Perl/Tk, a script that read a file full of protein bonds, and displayed them not only to be seen but to move around in the screen. But I want to make this a web interface application, where I can still move the bonds around within the browser. I'm thinking JPL here, and using an applet.. anyone? Thanks Sam
