I have noticed that if I submit a comment by clicking on the 'Comment on XYZ', I'm limited to a certain amount of text. I haven't taken the time to determine the exact amount, but suffice to say that I've had several posts cut off.

However, if I go to the page where I can edit my own comments, and paste the exact same text in that I had before, it does not get cut off.

Being a master of the obvious, this has lead me to believe that the two text boxes are supporting different input lengths. Any reason we (read: vroom) couldn't expand the initial submit box for more text?
