After a C program has started a perl skript and has been 
waiting for it's termination approx. 7000 times some perl 
modules can't be found. 
Two examples:

But all these modules are in @INC and i (as user) can read them so the
+se error messages are wrong!               
What may be the real error and how can i fix it?
