Thanks for ur useless input demerphq, apologies if you were upset or offended by my "title" perhaps i wont get any reples but i know i definetly dont need to waste my time reading ur reply!
On another note, on other forums i have given scripts to users looking for scripts to process forms etc etc and dont have a problem with this if it helps them and save them time. I dont feel bad inquiring if anyone has a similar script written to the one i'm looking for.... ronan
