What is the difference between s!!! and s///. I noticed that when I use 
s/(^\d+[.]\s.+)/<h1>$1</h1>/g ;

it doesn't work but if I used 
s!(^\d+[.]\s.+)!<h1>$1</h1>!g ;

[download]
it works. Why's that?
