Hi,

you can match any sequence of capital letters with the following simple regexp: 

/[A-Z]+/

[download]
This captures one or more capitals. If you want to access the matched string, put parentheses around the pattern: 
/([A-Z]+)/

[download]
and then the matched string will be in $1.
