I've been looking through the tutorials section and those posts aren't being voted.

How does one gain XP for posts in the tutorial section?

I notice btrott has a lot of stuff there, but not much is moderated up. I vote for the ones I like, but not many people do.

Is there any way we can make the tutorial section more visible, or more important?

Also, is there a way to have a theory section or a section to post proposed tutorials?
