As you seem to be surprised at this response, and also you said "I do not get the content", I assume what you actually wanted to do was a 'GET' instead of 'POST', then you should do something like: 
my $request=HTTP::Request->new(POST=> $lstrURL);

 I think you meant to say 
my $request=HTTP::Request->new(GET=> $lstrURL);

[download]
or am I wrong on what I thought I read?
