Suggestion: Buy the book and read before going to bed.

  1. You might sleep better.
  2. If the dream becomes a recurring one, you might stand a chance of getting out before morning eventually as human beings can speak faster when recalling than when reading. Less IO. All you need is practice:^).

Or you could try saying the letters of the alphabet one at a time and listening very carefully...you might here a click.
