There are some sites out there like this, where poeple can comment and post code and questions for C++ on specific systems.

 I guess the biggest part of doing something like this is that there are so many platforms, and a lot of the issues would be related to platform APIs, eg "How do I create a C++ windows/Mac/Linux GUI application?"
