The following will remove the title-bar and all other window-manager decorations, such as the minimize, maximize, and close buttons from a Tk::Toplevel.

$toplevel->overrideredirect(1);

# To bring the decorations back, you would call it with a 0:
#$toplevel->overrideredirect(0);
