It's pretty sad when, after a year's absence from this site, the hottest topic of debate is still experience points and/or the loss of them.

On the contrary. It's an indirect indication of how well the site has been running. What you aren't seeing are hot topics about how broken PM is, or how it would be soooo much better if only... whatever.

Props to pmdev for keeping the site functioning so well (and to the editors for keeping the floors swept).
