I have a window in IE browser that opens up everytime I click on a link. It seems to open up my link okay but also gives me an extra blank Url page address/location of "data:value". Is there any CGI that can eliminate this window? I tried Javascript's "window.close()" on this and it didnt work. I just want to stop this blank page from coming up.
