Hmm, 'wdFormatHTML' is a constant in the enum 'WdSaveFormat', maybe you can do something like:
$Word->{'wdFormatHTML'} or
$Word->{'WdSaveFormat'}->{'wdFormatHTML'}

Failing all that, the value of 'wdFormatHTML' is 8 ;)
