I'm fairly new to the monestary and over the last couple weeks I have been lurking around and learning more as I go. I am going to have argue hat heated discussions are good as long as you stick to the code and process and you don't attack anybody personally, and people should not take offense to these discussions personaly because it's about the code and not about the person or their personality. A heated discussion can actually make someone think a little bit differently about a problem and some learning will usually come out as a result even if the parties still end up disagreeing. The Unix/Perl philisophy has always been there are more than one way to do something. Just my 2 cents, you don't have to agree and I respect that. --zemote--
