This is off-topic, but... I'm confused. There's a Solaris 2? I thought that Solaris was in version 9.0. Okay, 2.8 could be a really old version, except I though that Solaris 6 came after SunOS 4, that there were no versions of Solaris before that. What am I missing? Is Solaris like Mozilla where there are two officially correct notions of what the current version number is (5.0 versus 1.x), or what?
