Are the two files you need. index.tmpl.html referes to some images, so you should get those too, or edit index.tmpl.html to customize the look'n'feel of the thing. Beware of the required HTML::Template bits.

Just drop the index.pl/index.tmpl.html in the directory you want it, and watch it go (runs as a cgi process).
