Short answer: you can try Data::Random.

Longer answer: you can go to http://theoryx5.uwinnipeg.ca/mod_perl/cpan-search?request=search (or go to www.cpan.org and choose search), type "random" in the input field, click "search" , and than search the results for something that would fit to your situation.
